At Christ Lincoln Schools, we are a family working together to do God's bidding. Our work is challenging, purposeful, joyful, adventurous, and rewarding. We know the Lord wants to use His people to make His name great. God is constantly doing great works and deploying His people, so we frequently ask, “Lord, why not use us?". We seek to call all people to become fully-devoted followers of Christ.

We are always looking for faithful servants to join us on this mission. If you have a heart for strengthening and serving the church and believe that God may be calling you to serve at our Central or South Campus, please review the available positions. If you meet the qualifications, we invite you to fill out an application, and email the contact listed for each open position.

All employees must sign our Statement of Faith document on the first day of employment at Christ Lincoln Schools. All staff members are expected to live a lifestyle that supports Christ Lincoln's Mission, Cultural Seven Core Values, and the LCMS Christian institution. You may read our Statements of Faith below. If you agree to these statements, continue to view our open positions!
